andrea & ben

i know i say this a lot, but working with andrea & ben was **so.much.fun** andrea is an air force doctor, and ben is a pilot in the marines. their military wedding was fun from the very beginning of the process, down to the very last song of their wedding night. they chose to get married at the la jolla presbyterian church and then shuttled all of their 200 guests over to the midway ship for an awesome night of celebration. we were tied into a specific blue color since ben would be wearing his formal marine uniform for the ceremony. andrea chose to dress her girls in a similar shade of blue (her favorite color). butter yellow, silver and white were brought in to round out the color palette....lavonne from adorations captured the look and feel of the week perfectly, and boyd harris took such great photos to document the day. we brought in draping to soften the wall of the midway ship, and large blue glass lanterns hung over the dance floor to add to the overall lighting scheme. mike hogan provided the music that kept people dancing all night, and donuts were also on hand to feed the late night party goers. thank you to everyone involved, and thank you to andrea & ben for trusting us with your big day!
