warning! this is a long post :) how could it not be?? there were so many fun details that came together beautifully~ it was one of our favorite 2012 weddings! nathalie is an artist and is very eclectic. she really wanted her wedding to be a reflection of who she and conrad were as a couple, so we really went for it in the details! the ceremony was located on the beach at the hotel del coronado, and lavonne from adorations was instrumental in designing a whimsical, vintage vibe using found objects and tons of flowers! vintage window frames created the backdrop at the ceremony, and a huge bath tub filled with flowers was an awesome focal point under the chuppah. a sitar player was brought in to bring a really cool vibe to the ceremony, and the guests loved it. the sangria cocktails were tray passed in mason jars at cocktail hour. for dinner, nathalie and conrad wanted something really different, so with the help of hilary home from the hotel del, we created a custom menu with spanish influence. there was the manchego cheese and salad course, paella, shrimp gambas, and mussels were also served family style on long tables and smaller rounds. it was delicious! we were super lucky to have luna photo handling the photography for us, and traffic stop came down from la to keep the guests dancing all night. cake did a beautiful job with the wedding cake, and it was my pleasure to provide desserts for everyone through my other company room for dessert. all of the paper products were beautifully created by jen from jgrace. it was such a great wedding, and i was thrilled to be a part of it!
